Dun Pro is a construction business management platform operated by DCOne Construction (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy describes what information we collect through the Dun Pro web and mobile applications, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, password (stored hashed), organization membership, and role.
- Business records you enter — leads, clients, workers, jobs, estimates, proposals, invoices, notes, photos, and documents. This may include contact details of your customers and employees.
- Phone numbers and SMS consent — if you opt in to SMS notifications, we store your mobile number and a timestamped record of your consent. See our SMS Notifications & Opt-In page.
- Connected-service data — if you connect integrations such as Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Plaid, or lead sources, we receive the data those services share to provide the feature you enabled.
- Usage and device information — log data, browser and device type, and push-notification tokens for the mobile app.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Dun Pro service.
- To send transactional notifications you have enabled (email, SMS, push).
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To protect the security and integrity of the service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How information is shared
We share information only with service providers needed to run the platform (such as hosting, database, email, and SMS delivery providers), with integrations you explicitly connect, within your own organization according to the roles and permissions your administrators configure, and where required by law.
Data retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as your account or organization is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing operations@dconeconnect.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per organization with row-level security, and access within your organization is limited by role-based permissions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.
Your choices
- Update your account information in Settings.
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP or turning notifications off in Settings → SMS Notifications.
- Disconnect integrations at any time in Settings.
- Request access to or deletion of your personal data by email.
Children
Dun Pro is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
