Terms of Service
Last updated: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dun Pro, a construction business management platform operated by DCOne Construction (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Access within an organization is controlled by roles and permissions configured by that organization’s administrators.
- You must be at least 18 years old and using Dun Pro on behalf of a business.
Your content
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Dun Pro — leads, clients, jobs, estimates, proposals, invoices, photos, notes, and documents. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to enter the data you store, including contact details of your customers and employees.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity.
- No attempts to breach, probe, or circumvent security or access controls.
- No interference with the service or other organizations’ data.
- SMS features may only be used consistent with applicable law (including the TCPA) and our SMS program terms.
Third-party integrations
Dun Pro can connect to third-party services (such as Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Plaid, and lead sources). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or data they provide.
Estimates, proposals, and documents
Dun Pro provides tools to create business documents such as estimates, proposals, and invoices. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, pricing, and legal sufficiency of documents you generate and send, and for any contracts formed with your customers.
Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
